We are what we eat, but what we eat can make us more of who we are.

 

Eating well can enhance your life, spirit, relationships, energy levels, and practice. There is no denying that when we eat foods that are good for our body we feel better, act better and some would even say live fuller.

I believe in eating whole, organic, and seasonal.

Many people would argue that it can be too expensive. I think of it this way,  you either pay now with fresh amazing foods, or pay later with medical bills. The choice is ours.
